Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube: Removal

Drain the cooling system. Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

Remove the turbocharger coolant tube bolts, disconnect the hose and then remove the turbocharger coolant tubes.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- 7.
Remove and discard the turbocharger coolant tube sealing washers. Inspect and replace the turbocharger coolant tube O-ring seals as necessary.
- 8.
Remove the turbocharger coolant tube clamp bolt and remove the turbocharger coolant tube clamp. Separate the turbocharger coolant supply tube from the turbocharger coolant return tube.
