Active Grille Shutter: Removal

  1. 1.

  1. 2.

    Remove the front bumper cover. REFER to: Front Bumper Cover

  1. 3.

    If equipped, remove the charge air cooler. REFER to: Charge Air Cooler (CAC)

  1. 4.

    Release the retaining tabs and remove the linkage.

  1. 5.

    On both sides.Remove the pin-type retainers.

  1. 6.

    Remove the bolts and the active grille shutter.

    Torque

    : 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
