PCM DTC Chart 

DTC Description Action
P0812 Reverse Input Circuit If the reversing lamps are inoperative, GO to Pinpoint Test A 
If the reversing lamps are always on, GO to Pinpoint Test C 
All other PCM Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) - For 1.0L EcoBoost, REFER to: Electronic Engine Controls
For 2.0L Duratec, REFER to: Electronic Engine Controls
For 2.0L EcoBoost, REFER to: Electronic Engine Controls
