Bleeding
- 2.NOTE: Make sure that fluid level is to the MAX mark.
Top off the fluid reservoir. Use the General Equipment: Fluid Suction Gun

Install the following items:- Install a brake bleeder. Use the General Equipment: Fluid Suction Gun

- Install a brake bleeder. Use the General Equipment: Fluid Suction Gun
- 5.NOTE: Do not let the fluid go below the MIN mark on the reservoir.

Loosen the bleeder screw 3 complete turns.

Using vacuum bleed the brake fluid from the hydraulic system using the brake bleeder. Use the General Equipment: Fluid Suction Gun

Pump the clutch pedal 5 times, using the full clutch pedal travel to remove any trapped air from the hydraulic system.
- 11.
Start the engine and check the operation of the clutch. If reverse gear engagement is excessively noisy, operate the clutch pedal 5 times, using the full clutch pedal travel.
- 12.
After waiting approx. 30 sec., check the operation of the clutch again. If reverse gear engagement is still excessively noisy, repeat the bleeding procedure.
