Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U0293:00 Lost Communication With Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module: No Sub Type Information Sets in continuous memory in the IPC if PCM data messages received from the GWM module over the Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN) or Infotainment Controller Area Network (I-CAN) are missing for 5 seconds or longer.
U0401:82 Invalid Data Received from ECM/PCM A: Alive/Sequence Counter Incorrect/Not Updated Sets in continuous memory in the IPC if PCM data messages received from the GWM module over the Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN) or Infotainment Controller Area Network (I-CAN) are missing for 5 seconds or longer.
