Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

IPC DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U3003:17 Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Above Threshold Sets in the IPC if continuous memory if the IPC detects battery voltage above 16 volts continuously for 5 seconds on the voltage supply circuit.
