Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - System Operation and Component Description: Tachometer

The tachometer is an analog type gauge. The IPC receives the engine rpm message from the BCM. The BCM receives the engine rpm message from the PCM, which is hardwired to the CKP sensor.
