P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temp For Closed Loop Fuel Control GO to Pinpoint Test C 
P0128 Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temp Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature) GO to Pinpoint Test C 
P0217 Engine Coolant Overtemperature Condition Diagnose all other Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) first. If no other Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, GO to Pinpoint Test B 
P0480 Fan 1 Control Circuit Refer to Engine Controls - Introduction (Hybrid) .
P0481 Fan 2 Control Circuit Refer to Engine Controls - Introduction (Hybrid) .
P0691 Fan 1 Control Circuit Low Refer to Engine Controls - Introduction (Hybrid) .
P0692 Fan 1 Control Circuit High Refer to Engine Controls - Introduction (Hybrid) .
P0693 Fan 2 Control Circuit Low Refer to Engine Controls - Introduction (Hybrid) .
P0694 Fan 2 Control Circuit High Refer to Engine Controls - Introduction (Hybrid) .
P1285 Cylinder Head Overtemperature Condition Diagnose all other Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) first. If no other Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, GO to Pinpoint Test B 
P1299 Cylinder Head Overtemperature Protection Active Diagnose all other Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) first. If no other Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, GO to Pinpoint Test B 
P26CA Engine Coolant Pump Control Circuit Open GO to Pinpoint Test D 
P26CB Engine Coolant Pump Performance/Stuck Off CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). TEST the system for normal operation. REPEAT the PCM self-test. If DTC P26CB is retrieved again, INSTALL a new electric coolant pump. Refer to: Coolant Pump .
P26CE Engine Coolant Pump Overspeed CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). CHECK for low coolant level in degas bottle. If coolant is low, GO to Pinpoint Test A  If the coolant is not low, there may be an air bubble in the system. Perform cooling system filling and bleeding. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding . CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). TEST the system for normal operation. REPEAT the PCM self-test. If DTC P26CE is retrieved again, INSTALL a new electric coolant pump. Refer to: Coolant Pump .
P26D0 Engine Coolant Pump Control Module System Voltage Low GO to Pinpoint Test D 
P26D1 Engine Coolant Pump Control Module System Voltage High GO to Pinpoint Test D 
P26D2 Engine Coolant Pump Control Module Overtemperature CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). TEST the system for normal operation. REPEAT the PCM self-test. If DTC P26D2 is retrieved again, INSTALL a new electric coolant pump. Refer to: Coolant Pump .
P26D3 Engine Coolant Pump Supply Voltage Circuit GO to Pinpoint Test D 
U019F Lost Communication With Engine Coolant Pump Control Module GO to Pinpoint Test D 
All Other PCM Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) - REFER to: Electronic Engine Controls .
