Disassembly And Assembly Of Subassemblies: Piston: Assembly

NOTE: Align the piston-to-connecting rod orientation marks made during disassembly.

Gradually heat the pin bore side of the connecting rod to approximately 250 °C-300 °C (482 °F-572 °F) and immediately install the piston pin.

Material: Motorcraft ® SAE 0W-20 Synthetic Blend Motor Oil / XO-0W20-QSP (WSS-M2C947-A)
