Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

WARNING: Before beginning any service procedure in this service information, refer to Safety Warnings in GENERAL INFORMATION . Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

2.

Remove the cooling module. REFER to: Cooling Module .

3.

Remove the lower radiator support from the cooling module.

Remove and discard the foam pad.
Use the General Equipment: Knife

Remove the clips and remove the active grill shutter assembly.

Release the clips and remove the cooling fan motor and shroud.

7.

Remove the bolts and the CAC.
Torque

: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

Remove the bolt.
Torque

: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

Release the clips and remove the A/C condenser.
