- BH1 CHECK FOR AUDIO SYSTEM CONTENT
- Check if the vehicle is equipped with a touchscreen audio system.
Is the vehicle equipped with a touchscreen audio system?
- BH2 RETRIEVE THE RECORD DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS) FROM THE GPSM SELF-TEST
- Ignition ON.
- Using a scan tool, perform the GPSM self-test.
Are any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) recorded?
- Yes : REFER to INFORMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS - 4.2-INCH (107MM) SCREEN 6 SPEAKERS .
- No : GO to BH3 .
- BH3 RETRIEVE THE RECORDED DTCs FROM THE IPC SELF-TEST
- Using a scan tool, perform the IPC self-test.
Are any Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) recorded?
- Yes : REFER to DTC CHART - IPC in this article.
- No : INSTALL a new GPSM . REFER to Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) .
