Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

If the check fuel fill inlet message request is missing for less than 5 seconds, the IPC defaults the check fuel fill inlet message center message to the last indication state, based upon the last message received.
If the check fuel fill inlet message request is missing for 5 seconds or longer, the IPC defaults the check fuel fill inlet message center message off.
