Manage Electric Vehicle (EV) Display (PHEV)

The IPC provides a series of displays and messages called the manage Electric Vehicle (EV) display. The manage Electric Vehicle (EV) display provides the driver with the electric vehicle (EV) mode the vehicle is currently operating in and other Electric Vehicle (EV) system states such as low charge and low power. The manage Electric Vehicle (EV) display uses a combination of message center displays and message center pop-up displays to inform the driver and allow for some control of the settings. The Electric Vehicle Modes are:

Auto
EV only
Override EV
Save EV

The IPC receives the hybrid mode status and hybrid mode message request messages from the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM receives the hybrid mode status and hybrid mode message request messages from the SOBDMC over the HS-CAN1.
