BLIS® Indicator

The IPC uses BLIS® on, BLIS® RH and LH status and trailer connected status messages to control BLIS® indicator. The IPC receives the BLIS® on and BLIS® RH and LH status messages from the BCM over the MS-CAN. The IPC receives the trailer connected status message from the Trailer Module (TRM) over the MS-CAN.

NOTE: When a trailer is connected, the BLIS® is disabled by the BCM.

When the BLIS® is turned off by the driver or disabled by the BLIS®, the IPC turns on the BLIS® indicator.
