Restraints Indication Display

The IPC provides a display to indicate an internal air bag indicator failure. The IPC receives the air bag indicator request from the RCM through the BCM over the MS-CAN. If the IPC detects a failure in the air bag warning indicator after receiving the air bag indicator request from the RCM, the message center displays the air bag malfunction warning message.
