Removal and Installation

- Remove the LH quarter trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
- Disconnect the 2 Liftgate/Trunk Module (LTM) electrical connectors.
- Remove the 2 LTM
retaining bolts and remove the LTM
.
- To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Initialize the power liftgate. For additional information, refer to POWER LIFTGATE INITIALIZATION .
