If the vehicle is equipped with a 4.2 in (106.68 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
The FDIM or FCDIM displays PLEASE CHECK SURROUNDINGS FOR SAFETY and a black screen/no image	Fuse Wiring, terminals or connectors Video camera APIM (vehicles equipped with a 8 in (203.2 mm) touchscreen) FCDIM (vehicles equipped with a 4.2 in (106.68 mm) touchscreen) BCM	NOTE: It may take up to 30 seconds before the message is displayed on the FDIM or FCDIM . If the vehicle is equipped with a 8 in (203.2 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST G . If the vehicle is equipped with a 4.2 in (106.68 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
Static/flashing/blinking/flickering/scrolling or rolling image/screen/scrolling horizontal lines	Video camera Wiring, terminals or connectors	If the vehicle is equipped with a 8 in (203.2 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST H . If the vehicle is equipped with a 4.2 in (106.68 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
Poor image quality (foggy/cloudy/fuzzy/blurry/hazy image or moisture/water in lens or black spots)	Video camera Wiring, terminals or connectors	If the vehicle is equipped with a 8 in (203.2 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST H . If the vehicle is equipped with a 4.2 in (106.68 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
Manual zoom function is inoperative	Video camera not configured after replacement (DTC B115E:55 may be present)	CARRY OUT the video camera configuration using the scan tool under Body > RVC Configuration.
	Video camera Manual zoom feature is disabled	GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
Visual park aid alert is inoperative	Video camera not configured after replacement (DTC B115E:55 may be present)	CARRY OUT the video camera configuration using the scan tool under Body > RVC Configuration.
	Video camera Wiring, terminals or connectors PAM BCM	GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
Fixed guidelines are not displayed on the video image (rear video camera functions properly)	Video camera not configured after replacement (DTC B115E:55 may be present)	CARRY OUT the video camera configuration using the scan tool under Body > RVC Configuration.
	Video camera Fixed guidelines feature is disabled (vehicles equipped with a 8 in (203.2 mm) touchscreen only)	If the vehicle is equipped with a 8 in (203.2 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST G . If the vehicle is equipped with a 4.2 in (106.68 mm) display, INSTALL a new video camera. REFER to VIDEO CAMERA .
Video camera delay feature is inoperative	Video camera delay feature is disabled	ENABLE the video camera delay feature within the FDIM .
All other image concerns	Video camera Wiring, terminals or connectors	If the vehicle is equipped with a 8 in (203.2 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST G . If the vehicle is equipped with a 4.2 in (106.68 mm) touchscreen, GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
