All vehicles

• Liftgate glass which includes the rear window defrost grid and rear wiper arm
• Windshield standard plastic and laminate safety glass
• Windshield glass is bonded to the opening flange with a urethane adhesive

The window control switch:

• is located on each door trim panel.
• may be used to manually raise or lower all windows from the left front window control switch or the individual side window from the corresponding individual door switch.
• can manually lower/raise the LH side window (and RH front window on MKX) when the corresponding front window control switch is pressed/pulled and held in the first detent position.
• can automatically lower/raise the driver side window (and right front window on MKX) when the corresponding front window control switch is momentarily pressed/pulled to the second detent position and released.
• has a lock-out feature. When the LH front window lock switch is in the LOCK position, the rear passenger windows only operate from the LH front window control switch.

The accessory delay relay, located in the BCM  , provides voltage for the operation of the power windows and the roof opening panel (if equipped). The accessory delay feature is active when the ignition is in the RUN or the ACC position, or when the ignition is changed from RUN or ACC to the OFF/LOCK position and the LF and RF doors are closed.
