Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) -to-TB pipe. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILTERING .
  2. To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in) in the sequence shown in illustration.

  3. Remove and discard the TB  gasket.

  4. NOTE: Make sure that a new TB  gasket is installed.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
