Removal and Installation

- Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
- Disconnect the temperature control valve electrical connector and detach the 2 wiring harness retainers from the temperature control valve bracket.
- Release the 3 clamps and detach the 3 coolant hoses from the temperature control valve.
- Remove the 2 nuts and the temperature control valve.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
