- OPERATE the power door locks from door lock rod, switches and RKE
transmitter, while observing the door lock rod for any binding, rapid cycle, or if the rod is bent.
- If the rod is bent or damaged, REPAIR as necessary. TEST the system for normal operation.
- If the rod is interfering with a wire loom, REPAIR as necessary. TEST the system for normal operation.
- If the rod is OK, REFER to FRONT DOOR LATCH or REAR DOOR LATCH . TEST the system for normal operation.
