No known admin key available	The admin key is lost/stolen	PURCHASE a new key and PROGRAM it to the Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS). REFER to KEY PROGRAMMING USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT .
No known admin key available	Aftermarket remote start system has been programmed as the admin MyKey®	REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING to clear all programmed MyKeys™. PROGRAM the aftermarket remote start system as a MyKey®.
No MyKey® messages available	Unlimited key mode is enabled (without IA only)	INFORM the customer of the normal vehicle operation. If the customer desires MyKey® to be enabled, DISABLE the unlimited key mode. REFER to KEY PROGRAMMING - UNLIMITED KEY MODE .
MyKey® acts as an admin key	Aftermarket remote start system was used to start the vehicle	REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING to clear all programmed MyKeys™. PROGRAM the aftermarket remote start system as a MyKey®.
Cannot locate the MyKey® restricted key	The MyKey® restricted key is lost/stolen	PURCHASE a new key and PROGRAM it to PATS . REFER to KEY PROGRAMMING USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT or KEY PROGRAMMING - PROGRAM A KEY USING TWO PROGRAMMED KEYS . PROGRAM the new key to the MyKey® restricted key status. REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING .
All keys have been programmed to a MyKey® restricted key status	Aftermarket remote start system has been programmed as the admin MyKey®	REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING to clear all programmed MyKeys™. PROGRAM the aftermarket remote start system as a MyKey®.
No MyKey® function with Intelligent Access (IA) -equipped vehicle	An admin key is present in the vehicle during vehicle start	REMOVE the admin key from the vehicle. MAKE SURE to place the MyKey® in the vehicle during vehicle start.
	No MyKeys™ are programmed to the vehicle	MAKE SURE there is a MyKey® programmed to the vehicle. If not, REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING .
Total number of admin keys and MyKeys™ programmed includes one more key than customer has	An unauthorized key has been programmed to the vehicle as a MyKey® restricted key or as an admin key	ERASE all keys and PROGRAM all of the customer's keys. REFER to KEY PROGRAMMING USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT . If necessary, PROGRAM the desired key to a MyKey® restricted key status. REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING .
	The vehicle has an aftermarket remote start system	INFORM the customer of the normal vehicle operation. RELEASE the vehicle to the customer. If necessary, REFER to CLEAR MYKEY® RESTRICTED FEATURES to disable all programmed MyKeys™. This action also clears any MyKey® restrictions the remote start system may have.
The MyKey® distance does not accumulate	The MyKey® is not being used by the intended driver The MyKey® system has recently been cleared	MAKE SURE the key being used is a MyKey® restricted key by observing the message center messages when the vehicle is started using the MyKey®. VERIFY the MyKey® restricted key is being used by driving the vehicle using the MyKey® restricted key and checking the miles accumulated before and after the drive.
Cannot create a MyKey®	Engine was started using an aftermarket remote start system that is programmed as a MyKey® restricted key Only one admin key left MyKey® restricted key is in the ignition lock cylinder (without IA ) MyKey® restricted key is in the backup transceiver slot (with IA )	REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING , for the programming procedures.
	Unlimited key mode is enabled (without IA only)	INFORM the customer of the normal vehicle operation. If the customer desires MyKey® to be enabled, DISABLE the unlimited key mode. REFER to KEY PROGRAMMING - UNLIMITED KEY MODE .
	Key in the ignition lock cylinder is the only one admin key left	INFORM the customer of the normal vehicle operation. There must always be one admin key.
Cannot configure/clear the MyKey® feature	MyKey® restricted key is in the ignition lock cylinder (without IA ) MyKey® restricted key is in the vehicle (with IA ) Engine was started using an aftermarket remote start system that is programmed as a MyKey® restricted key	INFORM the customer of the normal vehicle operation. An admin key must be used to configure or clear MyKey®
Cannot configure/clear the MyKey® feature	No MyKey® restricted keys are programmed	PROGRAM MyKey®. REFER to MYKEY® PROGRAMMING , for the programming procedures.
