SYMPTOM DESCRIPTION

No communication with the Head Up Display (HUD) module	Fuse Wiring, terminals or connectors HUD module	REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK to diagnose The HUD Module Does Not Respond To The Scan Tool.
The forward collision warning system is inoperative	Wiring, terminals or connectors Cruise-Control Module (C-CM) HUD module Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC )	GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
The Head Up Display (HUD) module is inoperative	HUD module C-CM	GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
"COLLISION WARN NOT AVAILABLE SENSOR BLOCKED" message in the IPC message center	C-CM	REFER to CRUISE CONTROL .
The forward collision warning system cannot be deactivated	A MyKey™ restricted key is used	VERIFY if a MyKey™ restricted key is in the ignition. REFER to ANTI THEFT - PASSIVE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM (PATS) . If necessary, VERIFY forward collision warning system for normal operation with an admin key.
