Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) Sensor - 2.0L GTDI: Installation

Install the FRP sensor and tighten in the following 5 stages:
- Stage 1: Tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 5 degrees.
- Stage 3: Loosen 90 degrees.
- Stage 4: Tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
- Stage 5: Tighten an additional 21 degrees.
Connect the Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) sensor electrical connector.
Position the power steering pump and install the 3 bolts.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-in).
Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and position the accessory drive belt.
Install the upper CAC inlet tube and intermediate CAC inlet tube. For additional information, REFER to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILTERING .
