Removal and Installation

MKX

Remove the instrument panel LH upper section. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE .
Edge
Remove the center console LH upper finish molding.

Remove the instrument panel right finish panel.

Edge and MKX
Disconnect the start/stop switch electrical connector.
Using a pocket screwdriver (or similar tool), disengage the 4 retainer tabs and remove the start/stop switch.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
