Catalytic Converter - RH: Installation

All vehicles

NOTE: Make sure to tighten the 4 new nuts in the following sequence.

Install a new RH catalytic converter gasket, position the RH catalytic converter and tighten the 4 new nuts in the sequence shown in illustration.
- Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

All-Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicles
Install the transaxle support insulator - anti roll. For additional information, refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION - 6F50/6F55 .
All vehicles
Install the exhaust Y-pipe. For additional information, refer to EXHAUST Y-PIPE .
Install the CMS . For additional information, refer to ELECTRONIC ENGINE CONTROLS .
Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
