Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

The TCM  applies and releases the various clutches in the transmission by actuating the shift solenoids in the solenoid body. SSD  is a VFS  .

DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITION

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
P0765 SSD  Open circuit in the solenoid or wire harness.
P0768 SSD  Electrical Open circuit in the solenoid or wire harness.
P0769 SSD  Intermittent Intermittent circuit in the solenoid or wire harness open, shorted to ground or shorted to power.
P0982 SSD  Control Circuit Low Short to ground in the solenoid or wire harness.
P0983 SSD  Control Circuit High Open circuit or short to power in the solenoid or wire harness.
