Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

The TSS sensor is a Hall-effect sensor that sends a signal to the PCM that indicates transmission turbine shaft input speed. The TSS sensor provides converter turbine speed information for TCC strategy.
DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITIONS

| P0718 | Turbine/Input Shaft Speed Sensor A Circuit Intermittent | Unrealistic change in TSS sensor signal, erratic or intermittently no input. |
