Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner




Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - 5.4L (4V)

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the nut and position aside the coolant tube support bracket.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).






2. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt from the accessory drive belt tensioner.

3. Remove the bolt and the accessory drive belt tensioner.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).


4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
