Removal and Installation

- Drain the diesel powertrain secondary cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING - 6.7L DIESEL POWERTRAIN SECONDARY COOLING .
- Disconnect the fuel cooler fuel hose quick connect fittings. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION - GASOLINE AND DIESEL .
- Release the clamps and disconnect the coolant hoses.
- Remove the 3 nuts and the fuel cooler.
- To install, tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Fill and bleed the diesel powertrain secondary cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING - 6.7L DIESEL POWERTRAIN SECONDARY COOLING .
