Body Mount #2 (Crew Cab Only)

NOTE: Left Hand (LH) side shown in illustration, Right Hand (RH) side similar.

Remove the rear seat. For additional information, refer to SEATING .
Position aside the B-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
Position aside the carpet to gain access to the floor plug and remove the plug.

NOTE: Do not apply heat to the body bolt from the underside of the vehicle or damage to the body insulator may occur.

NOTE: The purpose for heating is to only loosen the threadlock and sealer on the bolt.

Using the Mini-Ductor (IDIMD-600) or equivalent, apply heat to the cage nut for 15 seconds.

NOTE: Body bolt installation is addressed in the cab-off procedure. For additional information, refer to BODY - DIESEL .

Using a suitable tool, hold the cage nut and remove the body bolt with an impact tool.
Install the floor plug.

Install the carpet.
Install the rear seat. For additional information, refer to SEATING .
Install the B-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION
