Crew Chief

The Crew Chief package consists of the following:

• Telematics module (located behind the glove compartment)
• Modem-antenna (located in the top-center of the instrument panel)

The Crew Chief system uses a telematics module to track the vehicle location, collect in-vehicle information (such as throttle position, idle time, braking data), and package this information for transmission to a remote location. The data can then be viewed by a remote computer at a location such as a main office. The telematics module transmits and receives data from the remote location through the modem-antenna.
