NOTE:
This module utilizes a 5-character DTC followed by a 2-character failure type code. The failure type code provides information about specific fault conditions such as opens or shorts to ground. Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Codes (CMDTCs) have an additional 2-character DTC status code suffix to assist in determining DTC history.

| B1051:09 | Front Washer Switch: Component Failure | INSTALL a new multifunction switch. REFER to STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES . CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. |
| B1131:02 | Wiper Motor Module: General Signal Failure | If the windshield wipers are inoperative in all modes, GO to PINPOINT TEST A . If the windshield wipers only operate when high speed mode is selected, GO to PINPOINT TEST D . If the windshield wipers operate correctly, DISREGARD this DTC. |
