Front Seatbelt Retractor and Pretensioner - SuperCab: Removal

  1. 1.

    Depower the SRS. Refer to: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering .

  1. 2.

    Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to: Rear Door Trim Panel - SuperCab .

  1. 3.

    Release the retainers and position the safety belt guide aside.

  1. 4.

    Disconnect the pretensioner electrical connectors and position aside.

  1. 5.

    Remove the foam weather seal.

      Position the safety belt to access the seal.

      Remove the seal.

  1. 6.

    Remove the bolt and the safety belt retractor and anchor pretensioner.

    Torque

    : 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)
