Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) Sensor: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1.

Remove the lower intake manifold. REFER to: LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD .

2.

Disconnect the CHT electrical connector.

NOTE: Do not reuse the CHT sensor, install a new sensor.

Remove and discard the CHT sensor.

Torque

: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
