P2264 - Water In Fuel Sensor Circuit

P2264 - WATER IN FUEL SENSOR CIRCUIT

Description:  This DTC sets when the PCM detects the WIF circuit voltage falls below or exceeds a calibrated threshold
Possible Causes: 
  • WIF circuit short to ground
  • WIF circuit short to voltage
  • WIF circuit short to SIGRTN circuit
  • Damaged WIF circuit
Diagnostic Aids: 
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TESTS O: WATER IN FUEL (WIF) SENSOR .
