P218F - REDUCTANT NO FLOW DETECTED
| Description: | The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system performance by monitoring the rate of reductant flow and feedback from the nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor. These values are compared to a calculated model. When the difference between the modeled and actual system performance exceeds a threshold, a restriction in the SCR system is suspect and this DTC sets. | ||
| Possible Causes: | Restricted reductant pressure line Restricted reductant filter Plugged reductant injector |

| Diagnostic Aids: | The presence of this DTC may indicate that the vehicle is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power. After repair, the vehicle may still display a reductant system warning message. Drive the vehicle until the reductant system warning message has cleared from the instrument cluster message center. |
