P2043 - REDUCTANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE
| Description: The powertrain control module (PCM) completes a plausibility check on the reductant temperature sensor after a 6-hour cold soak by comparing the reductant temperature (RDT) signal to the ambient air temperature (AAT) and engine coolant temperature (ECT) signals on startup. This DTC sets if the RDT deviates more than 20°C (68°F) from the AAT and ECT. | |||
