P0691 - Fan 1 Control Circuit Low

P0691 - FAN 1 CONTROL CIRCUIT LOW

Description:  This DTC sets when the PCM detects a short to ground condition on the FCV circuit.
Possible Causes: 
  • FCV circuit short to ground in the harness
  • Damaged cooling fan
Diagnostic Aids:  Check the FCV circuit for a short to ground.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST AH .
