P062D - FUEL INJECTOR DRIVER CIRCUIT PERFORMANCE BANK 1

Description: The powertrain control module (PCM) continuously monitors the operation of the fuel injectors and corresponding circuitry for cylinders 1, 4, 6 and 7. When the short to ground or short to voltage condition for those cylinders is detected the PCM sets the DTC.
Possible Causes: Fuel injector 1, power or ground circuit short to ground in harness Fuel injector 1, power or ground circuit short to voltage in harness Fuel injector 4, power or ground circuit short to ground in harness Fuel injector 4, power or ground circuit short to voltage in harness Fuel injector 6, power or ground circuit short to ground in harness Fuel injector 6, power or ground circuit short to voltage in harness Fuel injector 7, power or ground circuit short to ground in harness Fuel injector 7, power or ground circuit short to voltage in harness Damaged fuel injector Damaged PCM
Diagnostic Aids: Monitor the INJ_F PID to determine which cylinder number has an injector or injector circuit concern.
