| Description: The powertrain control module (PCM) continuously monitors the fuel rail pressure (FRP) sensor input to determine if the FRP signal is within an expected range. The test fails when FRP voltage is lower than expected. | |||

| Diagnostic Aids:
The presence of this DTC may indicate that the vehicle is operating in derate mode and may experience a loss of power. Verify the VREF voltage at the FRP sensor is between 4 and 6 volts with the ignition ON, engine OFF. |
