Inspection and Verification

  1. 1.

    Verify the customer concern by operating the heated seats and snowplow.

  1. 2.

    Verify BJB fuse 20 (15A).

  1. 3.

    If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding.

  1. 4.

    Using the diagnostic scan tool, retrieve all Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Refer to the appropriate DTC Chart  below.
