Disassembly and Assembly

NOTE: If both seat cushions need to be disassembled, repeat steps for other side.
  1. Remove the seat cushion. For additional information, refer to SEAT - REAR, SUPERCAB .
  2. Remove the 60 percent or 40 percent seat cushion. For additional information, refer to SEAT CUSHION - REAR, SUPERCAB .
  3. Remove the screw and latch handle cover.
  4. Remove the support-to-latch bolts.
    1. Remove the upper support-to-latch bolt.
      • To install, tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb-ft).
    2. Remove the lower support-to-latch bolt.
      • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  5. Remove the RH latch cover.
  6. Remove the latch-to-cushion frame bolt.
    • To install, tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb-ft).
  7. Release the cushion trim cover J-clip.

  8. Invert and remove the cushion trim cover.
  9. Remove the cushion foam pad from the cushion frame.
  10. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
