Pinpoint Test B: All Power Windows Are Inoperative

NOTE: Use the correct probe adapter(s) from the Flex Probe Kit when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.

B1 CHECK THE VOLTAGE TO THE LH FRONT WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH
- Disconnect: LH Front Window Control Switch C504 (Regular Cab) or C535A (Super Cab or Super Crew).
- Ignition ON.
- Measure the voltage between LH front window control switch and ground.
  - For regular cab, measure the voltage between C504-3 , circuit CBP32 (GN/VT), harness side and ground.
  - For Super Cab or Super Crew, measure the voltage between C535B-1 , circuit CBP01 (BU), harness side and ground.

Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
- Yes : INSTALL a new LH front window control switch. REFER to WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH - FRONT . TEST the system for normal operation.
- No : VERIFY Body Control Module (BCM) fuse 32 (15A) (regular cab) or BCM circuit breaker 48 (30A) (Super Cab or Super Crew) is OK. If OK, GO to PINPOINT TEST J to diagnose the accessory delay circuit. If not OK, REFER to the OEM WIRING DIAGRAMS to identify the possible causes of the circuit short. REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal operation.
