Door Trim Panel - Rear, SuperCab

Upper door trim panel

NOTE: LH side shown in illustration, RH side similar.

Remove the 2 rear window latch screws and position aside the rear window latch.

NOTE: Inspect the shoulder safety belt guide and cover for damage. If the shoulder safety belt guide or cover is damaged or the cover does not remain closed, install a new shoulder safety belt guide.

Remove the shoulder safety belt guide.
1. Position the shoulder safety belt guide cover upward.
2. Remove the shoulder safety belt guide bolt.
  - To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
3. Remove the shoulder safety belt guide.

Remove the rear door upper trim panel.
- Pull outward to release the rear door upper trim panel clips.
Lower door trim panel
Lift up and remove the shoulder safety belt finish trim panel.
- Route the shoulder safety belt through the shoulder safety belt finish trim panel opening.

Remove the safety belt anchor.
- Position the safety belt anchor cover downward.
- Remove the safety belt anchor bolt.
  - To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
- Remove the safety belt anchor.
Remove the scrivet and the 3 rear door lower trim panel screws.

NOTE: Do not pull directly outward on the rear door lower trim panel as damage will occur.

Pull straight up to remove the rear door lower trim panel.
- Route the shoulder safety belt through the lower rear door trim panel opening.
Upper and lower door trim panels

NOTE: Insert the rear door lower trim panel tabs first or they can break when installing the rear door lower trim panel.

NOTE: To avoid damage to the upper door trim panel, remove any retaining clips from the door and attach them to the upper door trim panel before installing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
