Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor

- Relieve the vacuum in the brake booster by pressing and releasing the brake pedal a minimum of 5 times with the engine not running.
- Disconnect the vacuum supply hose from the brake booster vacuum sensor.
- If equipped, disconnect the Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vacuum reservoir supply hose from the brake booster vacuum sensor.
- Disconnect the vacuum sensor electrical connector and remove the vacuum sensor.

NOTE: To allow proper drainage of any moisture, the vacuum sensor must be installed in the same position and orientation as removed.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
