Neutral Tow Feature

The neutral tow feature provides informational messages to inform the driver that neutral tow is enabled or disabled and powers down or turns off IPC  functions such as welcome/farewell (starrtup-shut down) and PRNDL indication. The neutral tow feature allows the vehicle to be towed in NEUTRAL (N) without excessive battery drain.
