DTC U0140:00 indicates that the GEM/SJB module cannot communicate over the HS-CAN bus. This could be due to a circuit fault in the HS-CAN bus or a GEM/SJB fault. Do not install a new PSCM as part of the repair for PSCM DTC U0140:00.
