Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the steering column opening trim panel. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL - EXPLODED VIEW .
  2. NOTE: Remove the headlamp switch by releasing the lower retaining clip and rotating the headlamp switch and bezel out from the bottom first. This assists in releasing the RH upper retaining tab.

    Remove the screw and the headlamp switch bezel.

    • Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Press the tabs on the side of the message center switch and remove from the front of the headlamp switch bezel.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
