Door Alignment - Rear, SuperCab

All adjustments 

1. Remove the upper rear door striker cover.

2. Remove the upper rear door striker.

3. Remove the lower rear door striker.

   Horizontal and vertical adjustments 

4. Loosen the rear door hinge-to-rear door bolts.

5. Adjust the rear door. For additional information, refer to the dimensions in BODY PANEL SYSTEM - BODY REPAIRS .
6. Tighten the rear door hinge-to-rear door bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

   Fore and aft adjustment 

7. Remove the corner trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
8. Loosen the rear door hinge-to-body nuts.

9. Adjust the door. For additional information, refer to the dimensions in BODY PANEL SYSTEM - BODY REPAIRS .
10. Tighten the rear door hinge-to-body nuts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
11. Install the corner trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .

    All adjustments 

12. Install the lower rear door striker.
    • Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

13. Install the upper rear door striker.
    • Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

14. Install the upper rear door striker cover.
